These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the BuyItFix text messaging program (the "Program"). By checking the SMS consent box on our website, or otherwise providing your wireless number and verbally agreeing to be contacted by text, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

BuyItFix's text messaging program is used to follow up on property inquiries submitted to us, share cash offer updates, coordinate scheduling, and provide general account or transaction-related information. Message topics may include, for example: confirmation that we received your inquiry, questions needed to prepare your offer, your written cash offer, and closing coordination.

2. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to the Program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form, or by verbally providing consent to a BuyItFix representative over the phone. Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of selling your property or using any BuyItFix service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and any active transaction. You may receive multiple messages during an active conversation and few or none if there is no active inquiry.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your wireless provider for details about your specific plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message from us. After you send the message reply STOP, we will send you a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and that no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by calling or emailing us using the contact information below.
